A 70% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due immediately following the shoot session. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Late payments will incur a $100 penalty charge.
Turnaround & Deliverables
Edited images are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks following your final selection. Each session includes 300 professionally retouched images and private online gallery access to your full collection. Additional edited images beyond this count are available upon request; pricing will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Copyright & Usage
Korede Kapture Media retains full copyright and promotional usage rights to all images produced. Any modification to this policy requires written agreement from all parties. Images shared or published without the Korede Kapture Media logo will incur a fee of $200 for individuals and $300 for brands.
Location
Sessions held within the agreed-upon premises incur no additional fee. Shoots taking place outside the agreed location will incur an additional $100 charge.
Rescheduling & Delays
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of booking are free of charge. Requests made after this window will incur a $200 rescheduling fee. Once a session time has been confirmed, any delay in starting the shoot will result in a $50 fee for each hour of delay.
Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
